Business Development Manager / Director of WRS
Warren is a Business Development Manager and Principal Director of WRS. He provides leadership to our team of Financial Planners. Warren brings decades of experience and expertise to draw from. Warren also works extensively with existing clients as a part of our Ongoing Service Program.
Warren has 35 years of experience in assisting clients with achieving their financial goals, including wealth creation and management strategies such as financial coaching, investment advice, superannuation accumulation and retirement income stream strategies. His experience in Superannuation strategy and relevant technical issues is renowned and sought after by clients and professionals in related fields right across Queensland.
Warren holds a Diploma in Financial Planning and a Diploma in Superannuation Management and has completed his Certificate 4 in Assessment and Workplace Training and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. Warren is also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).
Financial Planner / Director of WRS
Ross has been a Financial Planner for over 25 years and is a Director of Wealth and Retirement Solutions.
Before joining WRS in January 2006 he was in private practice in his own boutique financial planning firm for over 5 years. Ross is also a specialist in developing financial solutions.
Ross is key in managing WRS’s investment portfolios. Degree qualified through the Bachelor of Business and has completed various diploma of financial planning modules as well as holding a Certification in Self Managed Superannuation Funds. Ross is well placed to provide practical and ethical strategic advice for his clients.
Ross oversees and manages the day-to-day administration of the business working closely with clients to achieve their goals.
Ross is a Commissioner of Declarations.

Financial Planner
Levi is a financial planner based in our Townsville Office. Levi has 13 years experience in the financial services industry. Levi is a member of the WRS Portfolio Committee, and enjoys developing solutions for wealth accumulation and financial protection.
Levi has a focus on building risk mitigation strategies for personal and business clients through specialist knowledge of the life insurance risk market. Levi holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (Financial Services) and is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).
Levi offers a fresh approach to financial planning drawing on wisdom of the senior planners in the organisation in conjunction with incorporating the changing trends in a dynamic industry. Our young planners are the future of WRS.
Levi is certified to advise on Self-Managed Superannuation Fund.

Financial Planner
Leon is a Financial Adviser based in our Brisbane office. With over 10 years of practical experience with WRS, his focus is insurance products and strategic advice. Leon has worked up from an administrative assistant role with WRS in his early years to his advice role today gaining practical knowledge along with relevant studies. Leon is responsible for the daily management of our data, portfolio reporting, and the provision of advice supporting Ross and managing WRS clientelle. Leon demonstrates a high level of discipline and drive which enables him to complete his many, and diverse tasks efficiently.

My family and I moved to Townsville in 2015 after leaving our tiny little outback mining town of Tieri in Central Qld. At the time I was working for Queensland Country Credit Union and was lucky enough to able to transfer to their new signature branch here in Townsville. I left the bank in 2017 to embark on my new career in the financial advice sector. This turned out be an exciting change for me, and I have now been in the industry for the last 6 years.
